**REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY**
$50.00 deposits are mandatory and are non-refundable
Cancellations prior to 30 days before the start of camp are 100% refundable, less the deposit fee. Cancellations from 14 - 29 days before the start of camp will be given a 50% refund, less the deposit fee. Cancellations less than 13 days before the start of camp, including campers going home early from camp, will not receive a refund. Special circumstances will be considered; please call 250-253-3045 to discuss your cancellation.
