Getting Ready to Register for Camps Please ensure you have: your payment information (by cheque or e-Transfer) for the deposit and a photo of the camper ready before registering your camper.
We only allow one Summer camp registration per camper each year. Weekend camps are open to all.
Camps spots are devided by gender (limits per camp), then by location, and then by if they are a DAY only or an Overnight camp spot. Please select carefully and contact us if you have any problems with your registration.
Cancellation / Refund Policy
$50.00 deposits are mandatory to secure a spot at camp and are non-refundable as they are put towards the final camp fee total.
Cancellations prior to 30 days before the start of camp are 100% refundable, less the deposit fee.
Cancellations from 14-29 days before the start of camp are eligible for a 50% refund, less the deposit fee.
Cancellations less than 13 days before the start of camp, including campers going home early are not eligible for any refund. Special circumstances will be considered; please call to discuss your cancellation.
