New Registration Survey Results

Thanks to everyone who took less than one minute to answer two questions on how they felt about the new online registration system.

Some of the great suggestions for next year in the registration system are:

"Not able to add random notes like I did when it was paper."

"More space to add detail for helpful tips for care and behaviour"

"Let people know the confirmation number for the e-transfer will be in the notification from the bank that the funds were deposited. I did not receive that number until after I had completed the registration."

"1. Allow to sign authorization form online 2. Allow online payment for registration"

Please Note: We will be working on these for next year.  However, the online payment and VeriSign add-ins are expensive!  Our current methods are free plus postage, and we are trying to keep our camp fees as low as possible.

Some positive comments that were given in the suggestion section were:

"Easy to use and intuitive" 

"I loved registering this way! Easy and convenient. Great move!"

"This is my first year registering, but I found the form easy to follow and fill out."

"I appreciated it being online. It was a quicker response to know you received everything."

"My husband and I could not figure it out so Pearl was able to help us out thanks Pearl you were wonderful."
